Principal Engineer - Network (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Engineer - Network (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own the architecture and evolution of a global backbone network, with a focus on IP/MPLS core design, optical transport, and traffic engineering. The position will help shape the multi-year network roadmap, guide automation strategy, and partner closely with technical and business stakeholders to support growth. The work will also influence vendor selection, implementation planning, and the technical standards of the broader engineering organization.
