What It Takes

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering, 10+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
• Currently holding a Structural Engineer (SE) license or having passed the NCEES 16-hour structural engineering exam with which to obtain an SE license via comity without additional testing needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
