Principal Engineer, Developer Experience (DevEx)

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive DevEx strategy with engineering leadership
• Connect efforts across Core and Cloud/Platform Developer Experience
• Identify and drive enhancements throughout the developer experience
• Standardize metrics for developer productivity and engineering insights
• Guide development of internal platforms and self-service tools
• Ensure reliability and efficiency in CI/CD workflows
• Lead AI adoption for development practices and workflows

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Developer Experience or Platform Engineering
• Strong background in software engineering and large-scale systems
• Proven ability to define technical strategies across teams
• Experience with internal developer platforms and self-service ecosystems
• Deep knowledge of developer productivity metrics like DORA
• Recent experience with AI in software development workflows
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels

$246,000 – $339,000 annually
