Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience solving complex, high-impact engineering problems.
- Demonstrated mastery across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Pioneered ability to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives.
- Proven ability to mentor senior engineers and guide technical strategy.
- Experience with CATIA, NX, or equivalent CAD software preferred.
- Experience with composites, advanced manufacturing, or complex aerospace assemblies is ideal.
Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed.
