Responsibilities
- Manage all engagements related to the company’s customer service for strategic accounts
- Ensure projects meet customer requirements and deliver measurable value
- Act as primary liaison for customer executive coordination
- Transition projects efficiently from Sales to Delivery
- Oversee successful project closeout and transitions to post-delivery teams
- Collaborate across teams to align on customer success plans
- Drive new services opportunities by partnering with the company Sales
Qualifications
- 8+ years in professional services or consulting
- Experience in enterprise project management
- Prominent relationship-building skills with clients
- Strong operational and customer value focus
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Able to manage complex client situations
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
