About the role
As a leading provider of integrated engineering and project management services, Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and hydroelectric.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project success through effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in renewable energy project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
