About the role

As a leading provider of integrated engineering and project management services, Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and hydroelectric.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project success through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in renewable energy project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry best practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
