About the role

The application window will close June 30th, 2026.
The primary work location for this role is Denver with a hybrid and/or remote work model in other areas of the country.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities.
  • Drive optimization of close processes through automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Assist in preparation and review of GAAP-compliant financial statements, including consolidation and intercompany eliminations, as well as management and investor reporting.
  • Support external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and resolution of audit findings.
  • Build and enhance operational policies, procedures and internal control frameworks, ensuring SOX compliance.
  • Manage accounting optimization initiatives aimed at simplifying processes, improving accuracy, and enhancing scalability across the accounting function.
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP upgrades and reporting automation.
  • Collaborate with FP&A, treasury and senior leadership on financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives, including M&A.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering the culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA required.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within financial services or tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processes.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex close processes.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Nice-to-Haves: Oracle experience preferred.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $152,300 to $190,400. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.

Schedule

This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
