We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "About The Position". Use

for section headings. We need to include sections only if there is real content. Likely sections: About the role (maybe "About The Position"), Responsibilities, Requirements/Qualifications, Skills, Benefits? No benefits mentioned. Pay? Not mentioned. Schedule? Not mentioned. So we will include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Minimum Qualifications and Other Requirements), Skills (maybe from "most competitive candidates will have experience..." but that's more qualifications). Could also have a "Qualifications" section. We'll decide: Use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Other Requirements (like Driver's License). But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's extract substantive content. Content: - About The Position: description: The County of Riverside's Housing and Workforce Department's Housing Authority Division is seeking a qualified Principal Development Specialist located in Riverside. The incumbents will serve as a program manager for all rental assistance programs in Riverside County. Some responsibilities and tasks involved are managing line staff, which includes hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating employees to ensure they are effectively contributing to program goals; staying current with HUD policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations; ensuring agency plans are up to date and in compliance with rental assistance programs; creating reports; monitoring program budgets to ensure that funds are allocated appropriately; and addressing concerns and issues from program participants. Overall, the program manager plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of rental assistance programs within Riverside County. This position will require the incumbent to travel to various off-site locations as needed. The most competitive candidates will have experience in rental assistance programs, ability to effectively communicate, provide conflict resolution, and keep abreast on policy changes. - Conflict of Interest Disclosure Notice: details about HUD-53012, need to disclose conflicts. This is a requirement; could be part of Other Requirements or Qualifications. - Meet the Team! description of department, mission, etc. Could be part of About the role? Might be considered background but not essential duties. Might be omitted? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that info somewhere. Could be a section "About the Department" but we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put department info under About the role (maybe as a paragraph). That seems okay. - Examples Of Essential Duties: list of duties (plan, organize, direct, coordinate...). This is responsibilities. - Minimum Qualifications: OPTION I, OPTION II, etc. plus Knowledge of, Ability to, etc. This is qualifications/requirements. - Other Requirements: License/Certificate Possession of a valid California Driver’s License is required. - Supplemental Information: contact recruiter. - Application Information: Veteran's Preference, Reasonable Accommodations, Work Location and Telework, Proof of Education, Work Authorization Requirement, Equal Opportunity Employer (boilerplate). We need to remove boilerplate like EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, cookie/navigation/legal. The Equal Opportunity Employer line is boilerplate; we should drop it. Also Veteran's Preference, Reasonable Accommodations, Work Location and Telework, Proof of Education, Work Authorization Requirement are likely considered application instructions or metadata; we should drop them per instruction: remove application instructions. So we should not include those. Only keep substantive job description content. Thus we keep: - About The Position (including department description) - Responsibilities (including the list from "Some of the responsibilities and tasks involved..." and "Examples Of Essential Duties") - Qualifications (including Minimum Qualifications options, Knowledge of, Ability to) - Other Requirements (Driver's License) - Conflict of Interest Disclosure Notice (maybe as part of Qualifications or a separate section? Could be "Requirements" but we have no separate heading for conflict; we could include under Qualifications as a bullet. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must use

for section headings. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We must use

for prose. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. Section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Other Requirements. Maybe also Skills? But we have ability to etc. Could be part of Qualifications. We'll include:

    About the role

We should also include the conflict of interest disclosure as part of Other Requirements. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed Veteran's Preference, Reasonable Accommodations, Work Location, Proof of Education, Work Authorization, Equal Opportunity. We kept the supplemental information contact? The instruction: "For questions regarding this position, please contact the Recruiter listed in the Supplemental Information section." That's application instruction; we should remove it. So we don't include contact. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Meet the Team!" description about department mission, history. We omitted that. Should we include? It's substantive about the department. Could be included under About the role as extra paragraph. Let's add a paragraph after the initial About The Position description. Thus About the role paragraph: combine the initial description and the Meet the Team! description. Let's craft:
