About the role

The Principal Delivery Consultant - Security, WWPS ProServe Security, plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing AWS solutions that meet customer technical and business objectives. This role involves providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Mentoring and sharing knowledge within the organization through training and creating reusable artifacts

Requirements

• 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
• Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects
• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA etc.)
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies

Qualifications

• Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape
• Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR
• Experience implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments
• Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders
• Experience explaining technical concepts in pre-sales environments
