Principal Customer Success Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will own strategic customer relationships across enterprise accounts, with a focus on onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior stakeholders to align on business goals, resolve issues proactively, and strengthen executive-level trust. You will also help shape expansion strategies, identify growth opportunities, and deliver thoughtful business reviews that reinforce partnership value.
