About the role

The role of Portal Assessment Lead is responsible for assessing and enhancing customer portals within the Oracle Order Management Cloud or CX Cloud ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and expectations for customer portals.
  • Develop and maintain customer portals using Oracle Commerce or iStore.
  • Ensure seamless integration between customer portals and Oracle Order Management Cloud/CX Cloud systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
  • Conduct customer workshops to gather feedback and improve customer portal functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle's standards and best practices in customer portal development.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in Oracle Order Management Cloud or CX Cloud.
  • Experience in developing and managing customer portals, either custom or through Oracle Commerce or iStore.
  • A strong understanding of collaborative product development processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops with various stakeholders.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer portal solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of customer collaboration tools and platforms.
