Requirements

• Eight or more years in consulting with engagement-leadership experience
• Track record growing a client relationship beyond the initial scope of work
• Comfortable setting practice standards, not just delivering to them

Nice to have

• Experience building a consulting practice from a small base

Compensation

Base plus performance-linked incentive.
