Requirements
Each position will require a minimum Top Secret security clearance with Secret Compartmented Information clearance and interim or final IT-I (privileged systems access) eligibility.

- Active TS/SCI with Lifestyle or Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide level-of-effort consulting support with a primary focus on selected branch chiefs under the Division Director, Customer Management Division. Similar support may also be required for other Computing Services Directorate divisions/branches, as directed by the Government
- Provide specialized analytical services and support to resolve program and project issues
- Provide technical and functional leadership and direction for complex project tasks and act as a resource across all programs/projects. At the senior level, plan, organize, direct and lead multiple projects while providing technical guidance and subject matter expertise
- Provide customer management and related support for all Computing Services Directorate customers to include such functions as; customer management; requirements development, analysis, and documentation; systems implementation support; DISA internal and customer senior management In-Process Reviews (IPR) and other relevant customer support briefings as required
- Apply an organization-wide set of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design and implementation of existing, new and future information systems
- Cook up across all DISA organizational elements necessary to effectively implement new systems or provide efficient program management services for each supported customer
- Possess the knowledge and skills noted in the SOW
- Be fully prepared to begin competent support from the first day of contract award and be equally prepared to add additional resources based on modifications to this PWS
- Support an immediate requirement highly experienced full time contractors with the option to adjust hours as required to support various Customer Management Division related tasks/activities
- Be prepared to provide support in a dynamic environment which requires flexibility, experience, attention to detail, and focus on solutions
- Be fully prepared on the first day of contract award to provide in-depth support to all branches within CD2 through a comprehensive understanding of its organization, mission, culture and politics, together with a functional understanding of its various information systems and their interrelationships
- Provide Senior level leadership to support various ongoing projects. The contractor shall manage disparate elements of the project to include Computing Infrastructure, Network, Operations and System Security. Management tasking responsibilities shall include, but not limited to process definition, delegation, process planning and control, objective setting as well as communications and reporting to Senior Leadership and Senior Executives
