About the role

Our Consulting team assesses customers' strategic, organizational, and business challenges and uses in-depth industry knowledge to offer technical solutions that apply to future business environments and operational objectives, helping Dell Technologies customers gain market share and increase efficiency.

This role is within the Professional Services Organization Technical Program Management Office (PMO), which helps organizations optimize data center design and accelerate time-to-value in their AI transformation, ensuring seamless integration with ROI-driven deployments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct executive workshops and deep dives; frame options and recommendations
• Lead reference architectures, migration strategies, and operating models
• Produce executive-ready narratives and value cases; guide delivery teams
• Mentor senior consultants and contribute to methods and templates
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on industry and technology transformation, leading discovery, architecture, and roadmaps, and quantifying value realization for executives
• De-risk investments and accelerate outcomes for the largest and most strategic AI businesses and Cloud Service Providers globally

Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Expert knowledge of cloud/data architecture and enterprise integration
• Ability to translate complex signals into clear recommendations
• Strong facilitation and influence skills with senior stakeholders
• Experience synthesizing cross-industry or multi-cloud landscapes

Desirable Requirements

• Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 12+ years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8+ years experience; or equivalent experience
• Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS, MEng)
• Architect-level certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF) strongly desired

Pay

The salary range for this position is $197,200 - $255,200.
