Principal Construction Manager (State of Good Repair)

About the role

General Purpose This individual will, under the direction of the Project Director: Manage a team of consultant and/or ST CM's, CMC's and DBPM's delivering a Several Hundred Million Dollar Vertical Conveyance program and manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities and operations of assigned areas within the team; manages State of Good Repair, Vertical Conveyance, construction projects; represents the Capital Delivery Department Team 4, SOGR during planning, design, and pre-construction project phases; creates, optimizes, and/or implements systems, processes, and procedures for management of construction projects delivered with Progressive Design Build, Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and/or GC/CM delivery methods; manages the activities of assigned construction management staff; solves construction, design, and facilities related issues associated with design and construction of the organization's facilities; coordinates assigned activities with other programs, divisions, Departments/Offices, and outside agencies; and provides highly responsible and complex construction-related administrative support to others as assigned.
