Your Assignments
- Serve as a technical advisor and thought leader across multiple workstreams and strategic customer engagements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and design high-impact, cloud solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions, create and present technical artifacts, and define long-term architectural strategy.
- Guide small teams or oversee larger teams through implementation and delivery.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and provide architectural direction across internal and external projects.
- Create and share public-facing content that showcases Caylent’s innovation and technical leadership.
- Support pre-sales through proposal development, scoping, and technical estimation.
- Mentor Architects and Engineers across projects and practices to elevate technical execution and growth.
- Represent Caylent with delivery excellence and deep technical leadership.

- Technical Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Architect in enterprise environments, preferably in a consulting capacity.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical objectives and solutions while cultivating professional client relationships.
- Demonstrated critical and strategic thinking across business, product, and technical challenges.
- Strong expertise in serverless development using API Gateway, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, and CloudFront.
- Hands-on experience managing AWS environments and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
- Advanced experience with DevOps automation, including containerization, API management, and multi-cloud solutions.

The base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $185,000 per year.
