Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas through consultative selling
- Identify new business opportunities with media buying agencies and direct clients
- Serve as trusted advisor to clients, crafting tailored content marketing programs
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with high volumes of client engagement
- Lead strategic conversations to create impactful marketing campaigns
- Respond to RFPs and collaborate with stakeholders for proposals
- Travel as needed to deepen client relationships and represent the company at events
Qualifications
- 7+ years in digital media or advertising sales, focusing on strategic selling and programmatic media
- Proven track record selling to both brands and agencies
- Experience in brand storytelling and audience targeting
- Strong ability to manage a full sales cycle and build long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace & Salesforce
