About the role

We are seeking experienced Principal-level Consultants who combine deep delivery expertise with a strong ability to drive business growth. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of technology, consulting, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex technology and consulting engagements from strategy through delivery.
  • Partner closely with account leaders to identify new opportunities and drive account growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes.
  • Mentor delivery teams and guide consultants in developing client, business, and leadership skills.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in areas such as Digital Transformation, Financial Services, Data, or Energy.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and go-to-market initiatives within your domain expertise.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting and technology delivery.
  • Proven experience leading delivery and managing client relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong business development acumen—comfortable engaging in pre-sales, proposals, and client pitches.
  • Domain expertise in one or more of the following: Financial Services, Data Engineering, App Development, or Energy.
  • Background with top consulting or tech firms (e.g., Capco, Slalom, MRE, Accenture, Deloitte, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
