About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project execution from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and leadership to enhance team performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to align project goals and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely updates to project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in engineering management.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
