Claims Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary claims liaison for clients across multiple coverage types
• Provide strategic guidance on claim reporting and settlement strategies
• Advocate for clients in high-severity or disputed claims
• Ensure adherence to best practices by insurers and TPAs
• Analyze claim trends and prepare recommendations to minimize the company
• Conduct claims reviews and stewardship meetings
• Support renewal efforts with claims insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years in claims management or related roles
• Experience with complex or large-loss claims strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of insurance policy language and claims processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High professionalism and client-service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
