Principal/Chief Engineer

Vantor is seeking a Principal/Chief Engineer to lead design and delivery of modern web, data, and cloud solutions in Herndon, Virginia.

You will own technical direction, drive architecture for scalable products, and guide teams building custom software, automation, and integration services. Partner closely with clients, translate business needs into robust systems, and uphold engineering best practices. Mentor senior engineers, champion DevOps and CI/CD, and foster a culture of learning, craftsmanship, and pragmatic, high-quality delivery in an agile, low-ego environment.
