Responsibilities
- Fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the PHA Leader position for all site PHA's on existing facilities.
- Assure schedule compliance for all site PHA's and timely closure of recommendations.
- Drive closure of site PHA action items and the execution of projects to close gaps identified during the PHA process.
- Improve site process safety management systems.
- Ensure that all AIMS HESQ policies & practices (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 & RCMS) are followed by all personnel.
- Accountable for tracking and reporting site process safety metrics.
- Facilitate a healthy audit program at the Clear Lake site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Process Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience, preferably within a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Frequent visits to conduct inspections and work within the perimeter of industrial chemical manufacturing sites.
- Ability to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required during onsite and in-field activities in facility processing areas.
