Principal Business Systems Analyst - ERP & Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new ERP modules and BI dashboards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on new and existing systems.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP systems and/or business intelligence solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on IT systems.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
