Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new ERP modules and BI dashboards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on new and existing systems.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP systems and/or business intelligence solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on IT systems.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
