Principal Business Consultant - Global Content

About the role

Project Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams.
Strategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for the Global Content Practice, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+
People Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice
Thought Leadership: Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Content Operating Models to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences
Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges

Responsibilities

• Thought Leadership: Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Content Operating Models to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences
• Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)
• Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
• Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Content Operating Models, Med/Legal/Reg Review, and Content Strategy, and a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape
• Leadership: Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Knowledge of Veeva products
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Pay

Base pay: $120,000 - $250,000
