Principal Business Architect
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Principal Business Architect to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. In this remote role, you will help shape enterprise-wide business architecture and guide leaders through complex organizational and operational challenges. You will partner across departments to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, improve decision-making, and strengthen business performance. This position blends internal consulting, change leadership, and analytical problem-solving to support better alignment across the organization.
Pay
Compensation: $118,691 – $189,906 annually
Location
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Deliver internal consulting and change leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Facilitate workshops for senior leaders across departments
- Provide consulting on complex business problems and offer data-driven solutions
- Utilize management consulting tools to reduce ambiguity in decision-making
- Contribute to the creation of enterprise business architecture models
- Translate strategies into actionable business roadmaps
- Analyze business performance gaps and root causes
Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree, if required; 8+ years of experience in a related field; 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
