About the role
Treasure AI is hiring a Principal Brand Partnerships Manager to sit directly within the Office of the CPO and CGO. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role built for a uniquely capable brand builder and growth driver: someone who can walk into a C-suite sports partnership meeting, design and structure complex sponsorship frameworks, and activate multi-channel programs that elevate Treasure AI's global brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Sponsorship Portfolio Strategy & Ownership
- Own Treasure AI's brand sponsorship and partnerships strategy end-to-end—from identifying high-value properties to negotiating agreements, managing assets, and measuring commercial impact.
- Design, structure, and negotiate sponsorship frameworks with premium entities (sports teams, venues, and media networks) that maximize brand equity and pipeline generation.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for external partners, athletic leagues, agency partners, and strategic vendors on behalf of the CPO/CGO.
- Establish standard operating procedures and onboarding guides for partner brand-compliance and asset integration.
- Program Activation & Event Orchestration
- Lead the execution of complex, multi-stakeholder partnership activations (such as stadium experiences, VIP hospitality suites, co-branded marketing campaigns, and exclusive roundtables).
- Project-manage high-stakes on-site experiences, coordinating across logistics, production, design, and executive hospitality teams to ensure flawless delivery.
- Work in lockstep with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to build custom customer journeys and product-showcase moments tied to major events.
- Track campaign budgets, run-of-shows, visual asset approvals, and physical deliverables for all brand activations.
- AI-Powered Asset Creation & Prototyping
- Independently produce high-quality collateral, pitch decks, partnership proposals, and one-pagers—utilizing advanced AI-assisted design, image generation, and document tools to move at extreme speed.
- Rapidly prototype creative concepts and visual directions for sponsorships, email campaigns, and co-marketing assets without relying on a full design queue.
- Champion AI-native workflows within the Office of the CPO/CGO, setting the standard for speed, technical leverage, and self-sufficiency.
- Performance Tracking & Growth Attribution
- Build and maintain the business case and ROI model for each major sponsorship, tracking brand sentiment lift, executive relationship acceleration, and down-funnel pipeline attribution.
- Prepare executive-grade reports and briefings for the CPO, CGO, and Board of Directors detailing sponsorship performance and strategic milestones.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in brand partnerships, corporate sponsorships, business development, or strategic program management in a high-growth SaaS, agency, or enterprise AI environment.
- Proven track record of managing major corporate sponsorships (sports franchises, entertainment properties, or tier-1 industry events)—from contract negotiation to activation to measurement.
- Exceptional business acumen; able to evaluate creative opportunities through a commercial lens and connect brand initiatives directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Strong AI fluency—expert use of LLMs, image generation, and document automation tools to drive self-sufficient content and pitch-deck creation.
- Outstanding executive communication and negotiation skills. You can write clearly, pitch persuasively, and command authority with brand executives and C-suite stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; expert at keeping complex, multi-million dollar projects on track across numerous internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing partnerships with premium sports entities (e.g., MLS, NWSL, major stadium venues).
- Background in product marketing, brand strategy, or event production.
- Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, Special Projects, or high-altitude business partner role at a high-growth technology company.
Who You Are
You are an energetic, strategic partner-builder who thrives on creating memorable brand moments and structuring high-impact commercial deals. You love sports, media, and technology, and you understand how to weave them together into a powerful growth engine. You have a builder's mentality and an executive's polish, combined with a bias for action—you would rather prototype a solution using AI in an hour than wait weeks for an external designer. You are a natural project leader who holds yourself and partners to a standard of operational excellence.
