Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the overall academic and administrative operations of PMK Nursing College.Ensure academic activities comply with BNMC and relevant University regulations and guidelines.Supervise curriculum implementation, class schedules, academic calendars, examinations, and academic records.Lead and coordinate teaching faculty and ensure effective academic performance.Supervise students' academic progress, attendance, discipline, and overall student affairs.Coordinate with hospitals and clinical facilities to ensure effective clinical training and placement.Provide leadership in faculty recruitment, development, training, and performance evaluation.Maintain effective communication and coordination with BNMC, affiliated University, clinical partners, and other relevant authorities.Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.Drive academic quality improvement and institutional development initiatives.Prepare regular academic and administrative reports for the Management.Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Management for the development of the institution.
