Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership and overall management for all contract activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between E-Logic and GSA leadership.
- Direct and oversee multidisciplinary teams supporting strategic communications, technical writing, graphic design, web development, dashboard support, and program operations.
- Ensure successful execution of all eight contract task areas while maintaining high standards for quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, resource allocation, budgets, and project risks.
- Lead quality assurance efforts for all contract deliverables, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and federal standards.
- Facilitate executive meetings, weekly program reviews, and strategic planning sessions with Government stakeholders.
- Monitor program performance, resolve complex issues, and implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams, DOE National Laboratory partners, and Government stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing executive recommendations and maintaining effective client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary federal or commercial programs.
- Experience managing strategic communications, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance.
- Proven ability to oversee complex technical deliverables while managing schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting the General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Energy (DOE), or other Federal Civilian agencies.
- Experience leading Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contracts.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Experience supporting technology modernization, innovation initiatives, or building technology programs.
- Familiarity with strategic communications supporting executive leadership.
