Responsibilities
- Define and document the fulfillment process for all applicable regulatory requirements, including global.
- Manage the intake and fulfillment process for all workforce privacy data subject rights (DSR) requests, including access, deletion, and correction.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on all workforce privacy requirements and the legal exceptions applicable to global jurisdictions to ensure processes maintain compliance.
- Maintain and refine local work instructions (LWI), process flows, and FUSE risk controls to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
- Report on privacy request metrics, including volumes, completion rates, and outcomes (denials vs. completions) for RCSA and other risk reporting.
- Participate in and support regulatory exams and internal DE/OE testing to validate control effectiveness.
- Maintain and update case management system (Salesforce) categories and trackers to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
- Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, and HR Risk teams to develop and implement new procedures for emerging data sets and regulatory changes.
- Drive well-managed changes to systems and business processes through strategic problem-solving, and leverage technology, including AI, to enhance efficiency and deliver seamless experiences.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
- At least 3 years of experience in process, project, or equivalent combination of related experiences, including effective stakeholder management.
- Business Process Management (BPM) certification.
- 1+ years of experience with Google Suite products (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
