Principal Analytic Developer (SWE-4)
Leidos has an opportunity for a Principal Analytic Developer in our Intel Sector. Our team leads in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management.
About the role
Our program provides the customer’s Operations organization with solutions through rapid prototyping, new development, and advanced technology research. From leading-edge visualizations to analytic development, we push boundaries to find new data sources and tradecraft to answer intelligence questions. The role supports the Access Discovery & Tradecraft mission, working on a small team to enhance a critical, widely used tool in nearly real time. Qualified candidates are eligible for enhanced incentives including up to a $25K cash sign-on bonus or a paid time off bonus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement full stack development solutions.
- Work full stack with the ability to focus on specific functions.
- Interact with analysts to make enhancements in nearly real time.
Requirements
- Strong Java and/or Kotlin experience.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with modern web UI frameworks such as Angular, Vue, React, or Ember.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
Desired Skills
- API development experience.
- Familiarity with streaming/event-based architecture (Apache Spark, Apache Flink).
- Familiarity with NiFi.

Pay
Pay Range: $131,300.00 - $237,350.00. The Leidos pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Additional factors considered include responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, and market data.
