About the Role

As an AI Solutions & Innovation Lead – UST Intelligent Automation (preferably based in California, United States), you will co-drive the design, incubation, and adoption of AI-powered solutions using UST’s Intelligent Automation Platform and offerings, with a strong emphasis on UST's Agentic platform. This role blends hands-on innovation, customer engagement, and solution leadership, focusing on rapid prototyping, co-innovation with clients, and translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI/ML and GenAI-driven solutions aligned to UST’s Intelligent Automation platforms
• Drive rapid PoCs, prototypes, and MVPs to validate business use cases
• Convert innovative ideas into scalable, production-ready offerings
• Position UST Agentic Platform as the core AI co-pilot within our solutions
• Build reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and solution templates
• Integrate AI capabilities across business workflows to drive autonomy
• Lead AI-driven transformation discussions with customers
• Conduct co-innovation workshops, design thinking sessions, and pilot programs
• Partner with clients to identify high-impact automation and AI opportunities
• Translate technical solutions into clear business value (ROI, efficiency, CX impact)
• Develop executive presentations, demos, and case studies
• Support sales teams in solution positioning and deal conversion
• Build and lead innovation pods (interns + early talent + SMEs)
• Drive hands-on experimentation culture with quick turnaround cycles
• Establish academic and ecosystem partnerships for continuous innovation

Requirements

• At least 10 years in AI/ML, Data Science, Intelligent Automation, or related domains
• Experience in solutioning and customer-facing innovation roles
• Strong understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation platforms
• Proven ability to build PoCs and scale solutions
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Pay

Compensation range: $180,000 to $270,000 (Role Location: Remote - USA, preferably California).
