Our partner is looking for a Principal AI Solutions Architect | Agentic AI & Field Service Transformation based in the United States. Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions, executive workshops, and strategic discussions to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation and value creation.
• Design and architect enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions that address complex service, operational, and workflow challenges.
• Develop and deploy multi-agent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, orchestration, planning, and decision-making.
• Translate business processes and operational requirements into scalable AI-powered workflows that improve productivity, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Define integration architectures connecting AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, knowledge repositories, CRM systems, and operational platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and realization of business value.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to influence platform capabilities and drive innovation.
• Establish best practices for AI governance, observability, security, guardrails, and responsible AI deployment frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance from solution design through production rollout and long-term scaling initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, architects, and technical teams, fostering alignment between business objectives and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Technology Consulting, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI, machine learning, generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering innovative enterprise solutions, including 0-to-1 product development or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Extensive experience supporting enterprise customers through discovery, solution design, implementation, and adoption phases.
• Strong expertise in designing and deploying multi-agent systems, intelligent workflows, and enterprise AI applications.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, data architectures, workflow orchestration, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Agentforce, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication models, AI governance principles, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, enterprise knowledge systems, and AI-driven search architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with customer service technologies, CRM platforms, field service management solutions, or enterprise operational ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both executives and technical teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking capabilities, and a passion for emerging AI technologies.
