Principal AI Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Hi Marley is seeking a Principal AI Platform Engineer to join our growing AI Operations team. The ideal candidate will build the infrastructure for our internal AI-driven workforce, including the AWS hosting layer, Cognito-backed identity model, and accountability systems.
About the Role
This role is foundational to our mission of transforming how the P&C industry communicates, ensuring that everyone in the claims conversation is kept informed and connected. You will play a crucial part in building the plumbing of our internal agentic workforce, focusing on the AWS hosting layer, Cognito-backed identity model, and accountability systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AWS hosting layers for our AI applications
- Develop and maintain Cognito-backed identity models to ensure secure and efficient user management
- Build and manage accountability systems to ensure transparency and fairness in our AI-driven processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these systems into our overall platform architecture
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to data privacy and security
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and AI platforms
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with containerization technologies like Docker
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
