This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex software solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications and designs
• Drive engineering practices for development, testing, deployment, and operations
• Provide technical leadership and act as a trusted advisor for solution delivery
• Leverage AI-assisted tools and methodologies to enhance software delivery
• Define and implement effective guardrails and quality controls for AI-generated code
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications
• Demonstrated ownership of software products throughout their lifecycle
• Extensive experience leading engineering teams and technical initiatives
• Strong expertise in software architecture and system design
• Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools in production environments

Pay

$195,000 – $210,000 annually
