FullStack is hiring a Principal Agentic Engineer for a high-impact, client-facing role focused on agentic workflows and AI-augmented engineering productivity. The position supports regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients in moving from traditional development to production AI adoption.

Experience

• 8–10+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer
• Advanced English required
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems
• Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• No work visa sponsorship now or in the future

Qualification

• Four-year college degree

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture for how global enterprises adopt agentic workflows
• Serve as a strategic consultant and technical lead
• Assess current engineering states and define roadmaps for agentic solutions
• Engage with engineering leadership to defend architectural decisions
• Consult on industry best practices
• Measure ROI and developer productivity
• Design development processes where AI systems generate most implementation code
• Maintain rigorous human-in-the-loop validation
• Structure codebases and specifications for reliable, context-efficient AI output
• Walk clients through complex proposals
• Represent the FullStack team with confidence
• Take extreme ownership of your work
• Align with client goals and deliver on team commitments
