Principal Advisory Consultant - ServiceNow (CMA)

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships with executive-level clients
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations
• Conduct business outcome assessments across various systems
• Prepare and present white papers on ServiceNow-based solutions
• Collaborate on creating high-level designs to achieve business outcomes
• Lead development of account prioritization strategies for long-term relationships
• Mentor colleagues in consulting skills and project coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 14+ years of consulting experience
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification required
• Extensive experience with executive-level client partnerships
• Ability to translate technical expertise into business strategies
• Proven success in leading strategic business consulting and transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to assess technical, operational, and business risks

Pay

$168,000 – $240,000 annually
