Principal Advisor to the Commander of Intel Center of Excellence
Responsibilities
Assesses intelligence capability performance during major exercises such as Ivy Mass, identifies CDS, data flow, and tool gaps at brigade and below, and translates operational observations into modernization recommendations.
Serves as the primary integrator between DAMI-ST, Army G-2, and USAICoE entities, advising directors on DOTMLPF-P integration, force modernization processes, intelligence doctrine, and training modernization.
Participates in USAICoE Battle Rhythm events, shapes the agenda and content for the annual Intel Senior Leader Conference, and facilitates the MI Pre-Command Course (MIPCC).
Contributes to working groups on GEOINT standards, EW workflows, interoperability, and modernization initiatives across AIDP, TITAN, NGC2, and MDC.
Ensures future commanders and formations are aligned with FORSCOM G2 through ARSTRUC by 2030, building out V Corps IEW Bn and Standard Division IEW Bns.
Liaises with FFID for stand-up and execution, examines capabilities and capacity of 2 shops at echelon IAW 2030 concept, and informs DOTMLPF-P changes/updates.
Executes “IHL” of DOTMLPF-P cross walk for items entering the next POM cycle for Deliberate Transformation, and supports designing MI 2040 Compensation.
