About the role

You will play a pivotal role in translating sustainability and external relations priorities into clear plans, disciplined execution, and measurable business outcomes. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will help strengthen governance, advance strategic initiatives, and enable more consistent adoption of sustainability practices across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Drive annual objective setting and three-year strategic planning processes to support the delivery of business-critical priorities.
  • Create and enhance sustainability performance metrics, governance processes, and reporting frameworks to track progress and support implementation of the sustainability framework.
  • Foster communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across External Relations, Social Performance, Communications, and broader enterprise teams.
  • Lead strategic cross-functional programs and projects from concept through execution.
  • Prepare stakeholder engagement plans, executive briefings, meeting materials, and action tracking for key external engagements.
  • Translate complex data and business insights into clear recommendations for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Engineering, International Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Sustainability, External Relations, Social Performance, Strategy, Corporate Development, Commercial, or a similar function.
  • Proven project and program management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis capabilities.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, performance measurement, and translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

Pay

The salary range offered for this role is USD $168,800 - 241,200. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.

Schedule

This role is currently available as a full-time position.
