Responsibilities
- Collaborate with underwriters and senior management on pricing and data analyses
- Lead and review data analyses, reporting, and projections
- Conduct complex pharmacy data mining and analyses to address actuarial queries
- Provide strategic pricing recommendations based on market research and actuarial modeling
- Present analytical results to stakeholders and address challenges regarding data
- Mentor Actuarial team members to enhance their expertise
- Monitor health policy changes affecting pricing and client programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics or Finance
- 8 years of actuarial work experience, with 6 years in a healthcare organization or PBM
- Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA)
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without a visa or sponsorship
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; intermediate in SAS, SQL, or VBA
