Duties And Responsibilities
- Own key aspects of the month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting
- Manage accounting for multiple international entities
- Support technical accounting research and complex accounting projects
- Partner with Treasury, HR, and international business teams on cash management, payroll, and compliance
- Absorb and implement process improvements across the accounting function
- Assist with audits, statutory reporting, and global accounting operations
- Possess and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and automate financial processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience with a strong public accounting foundation
- CPA highly preferred
- Experience within software, SaaS, or technology companies is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting, e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842
- NetSuite experience preferred; exposure to Coupa, Concur, FloQast, or Salesforce is a plus
- Detail-oriented, collaborative professional with excellent analytical and communication skills
