Principal Account Executive, Enterprise Greenfield

Responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses of your customers.
- In this role, you will represent the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across the strategic accounts you manage within the Enterprise customer market segment.
- With AWS, our customers benefit from the fastest pace of innovation, the broadest and deepest functionality, the most secure computing environment, and the most proven operational expertise.
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Create and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
- Accelerate customer adoption.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Manage contract negotiations.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market saturation in F2000 accounts, with a large emphasis on accounts with high growth potential.
Qualifications
- Experience in generating new opportunities with strong focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution through entire sales cycle.
- Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects.
- 10+ years of cloud sales experience to enterprise customers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience engaging with and selling to executive level customers.
Skills
- Experience across at least one industry vertical (manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, etc.).
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits).
- Experience with AWS technologies.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
