Primary Duties And Accountabilities
- Evaluate, determine, and report Constellation Power compliance to Constellation Power/ Constellation Corporate procedures, standards and requirements.
- Recommend enhancements to current practices and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
- Responsible for evaluation, tracking and reporting of Constellation Power/ Constellation Corporate compliance with NERC and Regional Entity Standards.
- Perform self-assessments of Constellation Power plants compliance with each standard Constellation Power/ Constellation Corporate has to comply with based on registrations with Regional Entities.
- Ensure necessary work activities for NERC Compliance are initiated in the Work Management system, executed using procedures and tracked in systems with documented completion evidence.
- Provide analysis and support to leadership for the NERC Compliance Program including ongoing reporting of performance improvements, organizational initiatives and compliance related communications.
- Lead or participate in compliance audits. plan, prepare and execute audit tasks and support audit teams.
- Represent Constellation Power/Constellation Corporate on NERC (RFC) committees to facilitate benchmarking and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field with 8 years electric utility rate, regulatory, legal, transmission planning, operations or financial experience.
- Associate's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field with 10 years of electric utility rate, regulatory legal, transmission planning, operations or financial experience.
- High school diploma/GED with 12 years of related industry experience.
- Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
