Primary Purpose

This role will lead the development, operationalization, and scaling of utility-owned and third-party-owned distribution-connected energy storage initiatives across BGE. Positioned at the intersection of policy, strategy, and execution, the role is responsible for establishing programs, defining operating models, and implementing the processes needed to integrate and manage a growing portfolio of battery storage assets. This role will drive cross-functional coordination to develop repeatable processes, governance structures, and program frameworks that support efficient execution and long-term asset management. The role will support regulatory filings, reporting requirements, and stakeholder engagement efforts, serving as a credible representative of BGE with regulators, industry partners, developers, and other external stakeholders. Manage quality assurance and/or change management activities involving internal and external personnel. This position will maintain an on-going interface with various Exelon organizations in areas such as the execution of business processes, strategic initiatives, and management model implementation. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

Primary Duties

• Direct development and lead teams on strategic business initiatives, projects, and programs. (20%)
• Lead requirements analysis, performance measurement, and/or quality assurance. (20%)
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for strategic high profile, complex organizational projects and programs. (20%)
• Manage and report on process/project/initiative assignments. Develop performance indicators and tracking mechanisms to monitor and report results. (20%)
• Develop work plans to implement corrective actions that are identified as a result of performance assessment. (10%)
