Lake Hills Montessori Tulsa, a private preschool in South Tulsa, is seeking an accredited, certified Montessori teacher (AMS, AMI, MACTE, NCME) to join our team. We are looking for an exceptional individual with Montessori classroom experience, a calm and inviting personality, and a professional work ethic.
About the role
The Lead Guide will create a prepared environment that supports each child’s academic, social, and emotional development while fostering strong relationships with families and colleagues. This role is ideal for an educator who values collaboration, purposeful observation, and guiding children to reach their fullest potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead a Montessori classroom with fidelity to Montessori philosophy
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons
- Observe, assess, and support individual student growth
- Maintain a calm, organized, and inspiring classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and school leadership
Requirements
- Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, MACTE, NCME) or working toward certification
- Classroom experience with early childhood or elementary students
- Strong communication and classroom leadership skills
- Passion for child-centered education

Pay
Salary starts at $56,000 and above for the right candidate, with a bonus offer available.
