About the role
The Montessori early childhood division of Jackson Walnut Park School is seeking a lead Primary guide to join our thriving, inclusive Montessori professional community. We are looking for an educator with a collaborative mindset, an understanding of Montessori philosophy, and a strong desire to work with children aged 3-6 and their families.
Responsibilities
- Lead a classroom of children aged 3-6
- Implement Montessori educational practices
- Collaborate with other educators and staff
- Support children's social, emotional, and academic development
- Work closely with families to support child development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Montessori training
Qualifications
- Experience working with children aged 3-6 in a collaborative setting
