Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Teaching certification preferred
- Montessori Certification is a plus, but not required
- Experience in a Montessori classroom is a plus
- If you're not Montessori Certified but have Montessori experience, we encourage you to apply!
- Passion for child-centered, hands-on learning
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Creative, patient, nurturing, and collaborative
- Spanish-speaking is desired, but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a beautiful, organized Montessori learning environment
- Guide children through individualized, hands-on learning experiences
- Foster independence, confidence, and respect
- Observe and document student progress
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication
- Collaborate with fellow Guides and school leadership
Pay
- Earn up to $60,000 annually
- $250 Signing Bonus
