About the Role

The Primary Care Patient Care RN collaborates with providers and the care team to deliver safe, effective, patient-centered care aligned with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with patients and clinical staff to drive quality outcomes.
• Perform duties consistent with the mission and standards of the organization.
• Support systematic healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Hold an RN or LPN license valid in the state or through compact licensure.
• Meet all state nursing requirements.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform physical tasks such as gripping, reaching, bending, and squatting.

Certifications

• BLS certification is required.
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC) may be needed depending on the department or role.
• Certification must be obtained within specified timeframes if not already held.
