Our primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, and psychiatric team collaborate daily on shared patients. What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive primary care to an adult panel — preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, wellness exams
- Collaborate closely with our integrated behavioral health and psychiatric teams on shared patients
- Practice at the top of your license with full administrative support
- Help shape clinical workflows that prioritize quality over volume
- Bring your clinical curiosity — we love providers who keep learning
Who you are
- Licensed PA-C, FNP, or MD/DO with Oregon licensure (or eligibility)
- DEA registered, comfortable practicing full-scope primary care
- Genuinely interested in integrative, collaborative medicine
- Bring kindness and clinical sharpness in equal measure
- New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Pay
Compensation Range: $110,000-$175,000 annually, depending on experience, credentials, scheduled hours, and other job-related factors.
