About the role

Contra Costa Health is an integrated health care system with 11 Ambulatory Clinics throughout the county. We are seeking primary care physicians (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics) to provide patient-centered quality medical services to our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered quality medical services to our diverse patient population
  • Be involved in resident teaching with our nationally recognized Family Medicine Residency Program
  • Offer a robust Care Team model to support providers during and between clinic visits
  • Use EPIC medical record system for integrated care delivery
  • Flexible scheduling to achieve work/life balance
  • Serve the underserved populations of Contra Costa County

Requirements

  • Medical Degree from an accredited university
  • California State License
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible

  • Strong commitment and desire to work with under-resourced communities
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism)

$251,379.60 - $286,685.28 Annually
