Primary Care Provider

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) to join our pediatric primary care team. You will provide routine and preventive care, manage chronic conditions, perform well-child visits, vaccinations, and patient education, and collaborate with clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• C Conduct age-appropriate patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
• B Manage chronic conditions and coordinate follow-up care.
• C Perform well-child exams, vaccinations, and screenings.
• D Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and execute care plans.
• E Support patient education and ensure compliance with care recommendations.
• F Oversee clinical workflows and ensure quality standards are met.
• G Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits as required.
• H Maintain documentation and EMR records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A MD, DO, NP (PNP or FNP), or PA with a focus on pediatric care.
• B Minimum of 2 years of pediatric primary care experience preferred.
• C Active and unencumbered Texas medical or nursing license.
• D PALS certification required; BLS certification required.
• E Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, CLIA).
• F Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• G Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-oriented clinic environment.
• H Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
